A fictional project adds four hours at $85 per hour: a $340 proposed change. Proposed work is not approved work.

Times are typed, not calculated by the CSV. Blank actual duration and zero are different. Record day/date for midnight crossings; this is not a live countdown or time-zone converter.

Review the change before the import.
Keep a review record beside your current export and proposed product CSV. Investigate changed prices, identifiers, blank fields and variant matches.

This is a review checklist, not a Shopify product import template. Never import these worksheets or fictional examples into a live store. A clean report cannot guarantee import success.

Start small. Keep a clear record.
These worksheets are ordinary CSV files. They contain no formulas, macros or automatic connections. The example results are typed values, so calculate and review your own numbers.

- Open the blank in your spreadsheet.Import identifiers such as SKUs as text when leading zeroes matter.
- Work, review, then save a copy.Use one file per project, collection, event or catalog review. Check private details before sharing.
